Hey!
We had another lovely family day just being with Alistair. I had a great nurse today who had been a midwife in England and was super helpful with getting Alistair and I to connect with the whole latch thing. So yes there was success at noon and even a bit of success at 9pm. Slowly the two of us are getting the knack of things. ....found out there still is a bed in Prince George for us which is good news as then there is still a potential to head north this week. Hopefully Alistair and I keep benefiting from repetition with the latch thing and we'll be on the move north. If we really excel there could be a chance of sending us home with a pump and I'd just to both the pump and breastfeeding. We will see....
Great day with lots of hands on all around. Also got a visit from cousin Bo and Alisha. Nice to show off our healthy son!
